Polo Association exits arbitration, seeks 500 acres alternative site

The Indian Polo Association is a group of people who play polo, a sport played on horseback.

They use a big field in Delhi, India, called the Jaipur Polo Ground.

The government of India told them they have to leave that field.

The government said it needs the land for something important that helps everyone.

The polo group went to a court called the Delhi High Court to ask for help.

They wanted the court to choose a special helper called an arbitrator to sort out the disagreement.

Then the polo group changed their mind and said they no longer wanted that help.

Instead, they asked the government for a different piece of land.

They want at least 500 acres somewhere else in Delhi so they can keep playing polo.

The court said okay and closed the case.
