Author Says Spirituality Is Missing While Discussing Debut Novel

Kartikeya Vajpai spoke about his first novel in Bhopal.

He said religions are supposed to help people become kinder and better.

In his view, many people today are not connected to spirituality.

He believes people should reconnect with their inner selves.

Vajpai said this does not mean leaving ordinary life behind.

People can change while continuing their daily duties.

His novel is called The Unbecoming.

The book has forewords by the 14th Dalai Lama and Swami Sarvapriyananda.
