CBI Clears Sanjeev Mukhiya in NEET-UG 2024 Paper Theft
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has concluded that there is no evidence linking Sanjeev Kumar, also known as Sanjeev Mukhiya, to the theft of the NEET-UG 2024 question paper.
Initially, Mukhiya was suspected due to his involvement in other examination paper leak cases.
However, after a thorough investigation, the CBI found no proof of his involvement in this specific case.
Mukhiya was arrested but later released on bail.
The CBI has charged 45 other individuals in connection with the theft and distribution of the question paper.
The agency clarified that Mukhiya remains in judicial custody for other cases investigated by the Bihar Police.
