Mahindra Racing's London Teams' Championship Fight Gets Tougher

Imagine a big car race where teams of two drivers each try to score points.

In London, the very last races of the season are happening.

Mahindra Racing is one of the teams, and they wanted to finish third overall.

Before the race they were only one point behind the Andretti team.

But after the race, they are 13 points behind, which makes their goal harder.

One Mahindra driver, Edoardo Mortara, started 18th and drove really well, finishing fifth.

He got a time penalty though, which moved him down to seventh.

His teammate Nyck de Vries finished outside the points.

Other teams like Jaguar and Porsche are ahead in the standings.

There is one more race tomorrow, so Mahindra still has a chance to improve.
