In Pune, a man who was supposed to stay out of the area because he was a criminal did something very bad.
He hurt his mother-in-law in a very serious way.
The police knew he was a bad person and had told him to leave, but he stayed and did this bad thing.
The police caught him and will keep him for a little while to ask him questions.
The police also punished another officer for not watching the bad man closely enough.
