Flipkart Leadership Exits Mount as Profitability Push Delays IPO

Flipkart Leadership Exits Mount as Profitability Push Delays IPO

Flipkart is an online shopping company that is changing some of its senior leaders.

Two executives, Gunjan Bhartia and Amer Hussain, are preparing to leave.

Bhartia worked in finance, and Hussain managed supplies for Grocery and Minutes.

Other important leaders have also recently left or moved to other companies.

Flipkart is trying to become more profitable before selling shares to the public.

Because of this focus, the company has delayed its IPO and has not chosen a launch date.

At the same time, Flipkart is expanding its fast-delivery business, Minutes.

It also plans to test food delivery through ONDC, competing with companies such as Swiggy and Zomato.
