Mumbai Developer Booked for Not Delivering Flats After Collecting ₹100 Crore

Imagine a builder promised to build many apartments in a big building called 'Sky 31'.

Lots of people gave the builder a lot of money, about 100 crore rupees in total, to buy their own apartment.

But the builder didn't build the apartments as promised.

Instead, the builder is accused of taking the money and using it for themselves or other things.

Some people even say the builder sold the same apartment to two different people!

Because of this, the police have filed a case against the builder for cheating.
