IPL 2026 Auction: Key Players Opt Out

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is getting ready for its 2026 player auction, but several big stars are choosing not to play.

Faf du Plessis and Moeen Ali have decided to skip the IPL to play in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) instead.

Glenn Maxwell, who was released by his team, is also considering playing in the PSL.

These players are looking for new opportunities and challenges.

The auction will take place in Abu Dhabi on December 16, 2025, but without these players, it won't be the same.

Many people are wondering why so many stars are stepping away from the IPL.
