Mirzapur Makers Feared Ravi Kishan’s Babban Would Outshine Leads

Mirzapur: The Movie includes a gangster named Babban, played by Ravi Kishan.

Babban is dangerous, but he also deeply loves his girlfriend, Mumtaz.

He even sews clothes for her, which made many viewers like him.

The filmmakers became worried that audiences might care about Babban more than the main heroes.

They made Mumtaz’s death less emotional and emphasized another character’s death to balance the story.

Ravi Kishan also added some funny and memorable actions that were not in the script.

These included saying “Love you Mumtaz” and massaging another character’s ears.

The movie has earned Rs 154.05 crore worldwide since its September 4 release.
