There is a big political group in India called the Congress party.

It is getting ready for elections in a state called Uttarakhand.

The leader of the whole party, Mallikarjun Kharge, made special teams to help with the election.

One team will write the party's promises, called a manifesto.

Another team will make sure party members follow the rules.

There is even a team whose job is to point out what the ruling party, the BJP, promised but did not do.

The party also chose lots of new leaders for Uttarakhand, including vice presidents, general secretaries and secretaries.
