Mumbai Police Book Father After 15-Year-Old Rides Motorcycle

Police in Mumbai say they saw a 15-year-old riding a motorcycle on a road.

They said he was going fast and riding rashly.

The boy did not have a driving licence.

Police contacted his father, Sarfraj Kadari.

They allege that Kadari knew his son was too young to get a licence but let him use the motorcycle.

Police filed a case against the father under road-safety laws.

The report also describes a separate case in Bandra involving a 17-year-old riding a scooter.
