Man Arrested After 24 Years in Rajasthan Murder Case
Police in Ahmedabad arrested a man who had been wanted for 24 years.
They say Dineshbhai Desai was involved in the 2002 killing of Delaram Nai in Rajasthan.
According to police, a group used an SUV to hit Nai’s motorcycle.
They allegedly tried to make the death look like a road accident.
Police say the suspected motive was a dispute over property and business.
Desai reportedly changed locations and identities to avoid arrest.
He was found at his home in Vejalpur, Ahmedabad.
He will be transferred to Rajasthan, where the case was registered.
