India's Nuclear Pipeline Surpasses 70 GW, 10.8 Trillion Rupees

India is planning to build a lot of new nuclear power plants.

The plans add up to more than 71 gigawatts of power, which is a lot of electricity.

Building all these plants will cost between 10.8 and 14.4 trillion rupees.

The biggest company, NTPC, wants to build 30 gigawatts by 2047.

Other big companies like Adani Power, Reliance Industries, and Tata Power also have plans.

The government wants India to have 100 gigawatts of nuclear power by 2047, so these plans are part of that goal.
