US Shares Video of Strikes on Three Iranian Oil Tankers
The United States shared a video showing strikes on three oil-carrying ships.
The United States Central Command, or CENTCOM, said two ships were permanently disabled.
Those ships were called the M/T Downy and the M/T Stark 1.
The Downy was near Kharg Island, while the Stark 1 was near Jask.
CENTCOM said a third ship, the M/T Kylo, was completely destroyed.
That ship was empty and was also called the Noxen.
Its crew had been told to leave before the ship was destroyed.
CENTCOM said the ships carried crude oil for Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.
