India and Nepal Prepare for Balen Shah’s November Visit
India and Nepal are planning a visit by Nepal’s Prime Minister Balen Shah.
The visit may happen in the second half of November.
Shah had earlier said he would avoid foreign trips for at least one year.
His government has now been in office for six months.
Nepal’s Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle recently visited India.
He met Nirmala Sitharaman and S Jaishankar.
They discussed working together on money, energy and transportation links.
Sources said Wagle’s visit helped prepare for Shah’s possible trip.
