Alexa+ Lets Users Jump to Movie Scenes by Description
Amazon has added a cool new feature to Fire TV called 'find a scene'.
If you have Alexa+, you can now describe a moment from a movie, and Alexa+ will instantly play that scene on Prime Video.
For example, you can say 'Jump to the card scene in Love Actually,' and Alexa+ will find and play that exact part.
This feature uses smart AI to understand what you're asking, even if you don't mention the movie's title.
It works with thousands of movies and can even recognize quotes from characters.
Amazon says this makes watching movies more fun and easier.
Alexa+ can also help with other things like recommending similar movies, finding family-friendly titles, or even giving you sports updates and highlights.
Amazon introduced a new 'find a scene' feature for Alexa+ users on Fire TV, allowing users to describe a movie scene and have Alexa+ instantly play it.
The feature is powered by Alexa+, Amazon's generative-AI assistant, which understands natural speech and scene descriptions.
Alexa+ can identify movies and scenes without the title being mentioned, using visual understanding and movie captions from Prime Video's X-Ray.
The feature supports thousands of movie titles and tens of thousands of indexed scenes, with plans to expand to TV shows soon.
Alexa+ also offers additional entertainment features, such as personalized recommendations, family-friendly title suggestions, and sports updates.
