Danube Group Sells Shah Rukh Khan Tower
Danube Group, a real estate company, sold a big building in Dubai named after the famous Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan.
The building, called SHAHRUKHZ by Danube, is on Sheikh Zayed Road and has over 1 million square feet of space.
It was sold for more than Rs 5,000 crore, which is a lot of money.
The building will be ready by 2029 and will have offices for many companies.
Shah Rukh Khan was at the event where the sale was announced.
The company's chairman, Rizwan Sajan, said that the building is a big success and they might name more buildings after Shah Rukh Khan in the future.
The company expects to sell properties worth Rs 22,000 crore this year.
Danube Group sold the SHAHRUKHZ by Danube tower in Dubai for over Rs 5,000 crore.
The tower, named after Shah Rukh Khan, has a total area of 1 million sq ft.
The project cost is around Rs 3,500 crore and will be completed by 2029.
The tower will have more than 9 lakh sq ft of office space.
Danube Group expects to achieve sales of properties worth Rs 22,000 crore in 2025.
