International School of French Baking Opens in Pune

A new school for French-style baking has opened in Pune.

It was founded by Yash and Anishkaa Malpani.

The school teaches students how to make breads, pastries, cakes, chocolates and desserts.

Students can choose a shorter foundation course or a longer diploma course.

The longer course also teaches business and entrepreneurship.

Training takes place in an industry-standard production kitchen.

The school offers placement assistance after graduation, but it does not guarantee jobs.

It also runs short masterclasses for people who want to try baking.
