MCM Prunes 213 Trees Ahead of Ganesh Festival

The Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation is preparing for the Ganesh festival.

Workers cut back branches from 213 trees in several areas.

This should help people travel safely and prevent branches from blocking roads.

Officials also increased efforts to stop mosquitoes from breeding.

Workers removed standing water and used approved treatments in places where mosquitoes can grow.

Teams taught students and residents how to prevent mosquito-borne diseases.

At Saroornagar Lake, workers removed garbage and water hyacinth.

These actions are meant to keep festival areas safer and cleaner.
