BRAOU and RASCI Host Job Mela for Student Apprenticeships
Imagine a university that helps students learn skills and get jobs at the same time!
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) teamed up with Retailers Association Skill Council of India (RASCI) to hold a job fair.
The fair promoted a program where students can earn money, from Rs 7,000 to Rs 24,000 each month, while studying.
The goal is to help students become ready for jobs or even start their own businesses.
The university is also working with other groups to offer short courses and support women entrepreneurs.
