Italy's Deputy PM Tajani visits India
Italy's Deputy Prime Minister, Antonio Tajani, visited India for the second time this year.
He went to New Delhi and Mumbai to meet important Indian leaders.
He talked with India's External Affairs Minister, S. Jaishankar, about how both countries can work together better.
Earlier, the Prime Ministers of India and Italy also met and decided to work together to stop money from being used for terrorism.
Both countries have been friends since 1947 and are now working more closely in areas like trade, defense, and technology.
Italy's Deputy PM Antonio Tajani arrived in New Delhi for his second visit to India in 2025.
He met with External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar in New Delhi and had official engagements in Mumbai.
PM Modi and Italian PM Giorgia Meloni met at the G20 Summit and discussed expanding cooperation in trade, defense, innovation, AI, space, and education.
India and Italy announced a joint initiative to combat terrorism financing.
The two countries have diplomatic ties since 1947 and are deepening their partnership through economic engagement and people-to-people connections.
