Delhi Police Busts Telegram-Based Part-Time Cyber Job Scam, Arrests Two

Some bad people tricked a man on the internet into doing fake jobs and giving them money.

They first gave him small tasks, like reviewing a food delivery app called Foodpanda, to earn his trust.

Later, they asked him to invest money and promised him very big profits.

Trusting them, the man sent Rs 2,84,100 through his bank.

The police in Delhi found out about the trick and started investigating.

They followed the money and found that some of it went into a bank account in Jodhpur, a city in Rajasthan.

Police went there and arrested two men, Dinesh and Vikas Siyag.

The police believe these two men helped the scammers by providing bank accounts to hide and move the stolen money.

The police also took their phones to look for more clues about the gang.
