In a state called Madhya Pradesh, a political party called Congress is upset with the ruling party, called BJP.

Congress says the government has filed 62 lakh police cases against its workers, which means lots and lots of court cases.

To show they are unhappy, Congress leaders decided to hold a special protest called a Jail Bharo movement.

During this protest, party members may let themselves be arrested on purpose.

The leaders made this plan in a big meeting in a city called Bhopal.

They also talked about other problems like unemployment and crime against women.

Congress also wants to go to a High Court because the government rejected one of their candidates for an important election.

Meanwhile, one leader could not come to the meeting because his airplane had a technical problem and could not fly.

He arrived late by car instead.

Congress is telling people that the government is not following the rules.
