Visakhapatnam's Nidhi Wins Three Gold Medals in Chess
Nidhi, a 15-year-old from Visakhapatnam, won three gold medals in chess.
She won in the standard, rapid, and blitz chess formats.
The competition happened in Goa with over 100 players from many countries.
Goa's Chief Minister gave out the awards.
Nidhi is also a swimmer.
Nidhi Kesavarao Baipotu, 15, won gold in standard, rapid, and blitz chess.
The championship was held in Goa from July 21 to 31, 2025.
Over 100 players from more than 20 countries participated.
The prize distribution was led by Goa's Chief Minister.
Nidhi is also a Para National Swimmer.
