Vijay’s Madurantakam Campaign Venue Shifted to 40-Acre Ground
A meeting for Vijay was planned in the Madurantakam constituency.
It was first going to happen on a 10-acre site in Acharapakkam.
Police thought that space would be too small for the expected crowd.
They also worried about security, parking and traffic.
The meeting was moved to a much larger 40-acre ground near Aathur.
Workers are preparing the land and building a stage.
Separate areas will be made for the public and party workers.
Screens, tents and parking areas are also planned.
Vijay is expected to hold a roadshow in the constituency on October 2.
The September 25 meeting venue in the Madurantakam constituency has been moved from a 10-acre site in Acharapakkam to a 40-acre ground near Aathur.
Police considered the original site too small and raised concerns about security, parking and traffic disruption.
The new venue is near the Aathur tollgate and is being cleaned and levelled by Tamilaga Vetri Kazhagam functionaries.
Plans include a special stage, separate public and functionary areas, rain protection, digital screens and dedicated parking.
Police are planning vehicle and crowd movement; Vijay is also scheduled to hold a constituency roadshow on October 2.
