105-ft tricolour to be erected in Poonch border village

In a border village called Bandichechiyan in Poonch district, Jammu and Kashmir, the Army is building a very tall national flag that is 105 feet high.

The foundation stone for this flag was laid by a general named Maj Gen Kaushik Mukherjee.

This flag is meant to show national pride and honor the people who have protected the country.

It will also be a place where people can feel patriotic and where tourism can grow.

The flag will be officially opened on Republic Day.

Along with building the flag, there is a month-long plan to bring the community together and make the area better for everyone.
