Ex-Meta Executive Says Zuckerberg Taught Him Work-Life Balance

Martin Ott used to work at Facebook, which is now known as Meta.

He worked with Mark Zuckerberg when the company was growing quickly.

Ott joined the company in 2012.

He said the experience taught him that working all the time is not always the best way to be productive.

Sometimes, using your limited time carefully works better than filling every hour with work.

He said an always-on approach can help for a while.

However, people cannot keep working that way forever.

Ott now leads a company called Taxfix in Berlin.
