Student Leader Demands Modi Step Down, Threatens New Protest
Abhijit Dipke is a student leader who led a protest in Delhi for more than a month.
He says if the government doesn’t listen, students will change the government.
He also told people that the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, should stop being the head of the country and just be a social media star.
Dipke wants the police to stop filing cases against students and says he will protest again if they don’t.
Some politicians, like BJP MP Kangana Ranaut, said the protesters were rude, but Dipke said that was not important.
The protest ended when the Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, resigned.
Dipke is now back home in his city, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
Abhijit Dipke returned to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar after a 36‑40 day protest in Delhi, warning students could change the government if demands are ignored.
Dipke called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to step down and become a full‑time influencer, claiming Modi excels in that role.
He demanded the withdrawal of FIRs against student protesters and threatened a new agitation if the government continues to harass them.
Dipke cited the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan as a precedent for government accountability.
BJP MP Kangana Ranaut criticized the protesters, but Dipke dismissed her remarks as unimportant.
