Nearly 2 Million Military Casualties in Ukraine War: Report
A report says that almost 2 million soldiers from Russia and Ukraine have been hurt, killed, or gone missing in the war.
Russia has lost more soldiers, with around 325,000 killed.
Ukraine has also lost a lot of soldiers, between 500,000 and 600,000, with 100,000 to 140,000 killed.
The war has also hurt many regular people, with over 2,500 civilians killed in 2025 alone.
The United Nations says they have counted almost 15,000 civilian deaths since 2022, but they think the real number is much higher.
The war has been going on for nearly four years, and the losses are very big, more than any major country has seen since World War II.
The report says the total number of casualties could reach 2 million by next spring.
