India's tea exports went up in 2024!

This means India sold more tea to other countries.

Overall exports increased by nearly 10%, reaching 254.67 million kilograms.

Both North and South India saw increases in tea production during 2024.

Production was also up in the first three months of 2025, although there were regional differences.
