ISRO Plans to Triple Satellites in Orbit by 2040
India wants to send many more satellites into space!
Right now, India has 55 satellites floating around up there, helping people on Earth.
But in the next few years, they want to have almost three times that many.
India is also planning to launch many rockets this year, including one with NASA.
They even want to build their own space station, like a house in space, starting in 2028 and be ready in 2035.
This is all part of India's plan to be a big player in space by the year 2040.
ISRO plans to triple its satellites in orbit from 55 within three years.
India aims to be on par with other nations in space technology by 2040.
ISRO is planning 12 launch vehicle missions this year.
The NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar (NISAR) mission is set for July 30.
India plans to have its own space station by 2035, with the first module in 2028.
