LTIMindtree CEO Debashis Chatterjee to Retire, Venu Lambu to Succeed
Debashis Chatterjee, the CEO and MD of LTIMindtree, is retiring due to personal reasons.
Venu Lambu, who is currently CEO-Designate, will take over the role starting May 31, 2025.
Chatterjee has been working with Lambu to ensure a smooth transition.
Chatterjee joined Mindtree in 2019 and led the merged company, LTIMindtree, after the merger with L&T Infotech in November 2022.
Chatterjee expressed satisfaction with the company's progress and confidence in Lambu's leadership.
The transition will take place at the end of the 29th AGM on May 30, 2025.

Venu Lambu will become the new CEO & MD, effective May 31, 2025.
