Sudan Peace Talks Resume in Cairo

Sudan Peace Talks Resume in Cairo

People from Egypt, the United Nations, and the United States are trying to help stop a big fight in Sudan.

The fight is between the Sudanese army and a group called the Rapid Support Forces (RSF).

They have been fighting for almost three years, and it has made life very hard for many people in Sudan.

The leaders met in Cairo to talk about how to make the fighting stop, at least for a little while, so that food and medicine can get to the people who need it.

They also talked about how important it is to keep Sudan together as one country.

Some people say the RSF has done bad things, like hurting civilians and taking over cities.

The fighting has made many people leave their homes, and some have even gone to other countries to be safe.
