Welspun Investments to Infuse ₹1,285 Crore

Welspun Investments and Commercials is planning to give ₹1,285 crore to its fully owned company, Vishwakarma Realty.

This money will be used to invest in another company called Indivara Realty, which is part of the same group.

The money will be given through special financial tools called convertible debentures.

The deal will be done fairly and will need approvals from the right people.
