Train Shifts at Secunderabad Station Due to Ongoing Works
The Secunderabad Railway Station is being renovated, so some trains are temporarily moved to other stations.
This is to help reduce how crowded the station is while it is being worked on.
Starting September 7, one train will leave from Kacheguda instead.
Other trains have been moved, too.
These changes are extended between October 20 and 26.
Railway officials say this is a temporary measure to make things easier for passengers during the station's improvements.
South Central Railway (SCR) shifted some trains from Secunderabad Station to other terminals.
These changes are due to ongoing re-development works at Secunderabad Railway Station.
The Vijayawada–Kacheguda–Vijayawada Satavahana Express will operate from Kacheguda from September 7.
Several train shifts are extended between October 20 and 26.
