Leopard Attacks Kill Pilgrim in Karnataka

A young man named Praveen was killed by a leopard while on a pilgrimage with his friends in Karnataka.

They were walking near Male Mahadeshwara Hill when they saw the leopard.

Everyone ran away, but Praveen got lost.

The next morning, his body was found in the forest with serious injuries.

The leopard was still there, making it hard for the forest officials to take the body away.

People in the area are upset and say the forest officials should have done more to keep them safe.

This is not the first time a leopard has attacked someone here.

Last year, a little girl was also attacked by a leopard.
