160 Bangladeshi Nationals Deported from Bengaluru After Legal Formalities

Police in Bengaluru found 160 Bangladeshi nationals who did not have valid documents to stay in India.

The people were detained in several parts of Bengaluru and in two nearby districts.

They were first taken to detention centres.

Officials completed the required legal procedures.

Then the group was flown on a special flight.

At the national border, they were handed over to the Border Security Force.

The operation was coordinated by police and immigration officials.

Police said they also took steps to stop the deported people from returning illegally.
