18-Foot Crochet Christmas Tree in Goa
A group of 25 women in Goa worked together to make a huge 18-foot Christmas tree out of yarn.
They crocheted over 1,000 pieces in their homes and then put them together.
A civil engineer helped by making a metal frame to hold the tree up.
The tree is special because it doesn't use any plastic, and it shows how people can work together to make something beautiful and eco-friendly.
The tree is on display at the Museum of Goa, and the women are happy to share their craft with others.
They hope to do more projects like this in the future.

The tree was assembled on a metal frame donated by a civil engineer.
The project took three months to complete and was displayed at the Museum of Goa.
The tree avoids plastic entirely, using yarn from personal collections and leftovers.
The women involved have varying levels of crochet experience, some with over 50 years.
