E-Rickshaw Driver Achieves NEET Success, Faces College Costs
Mohd Suhail, from a lower-middle-class family in Uttar Pradesh, worked hard to become a doctor.
He drove an e-rickshaw to pay for his studies.
He faced tough times, including initial struggles with his studies and not having enough money to study.
Eventually, he did well on the NEET exam.
However, even though he did well on the exam, he may not be able to attend the college that he is accepted at due to the high cost of college.
He hopes to get into a good medical college, but the cost is a challenge.
Mohd Suhail, from Uttar Pradesh, passed the NEET UG 2025 exam after driving an e-rickshaw to fund his studies.
Suhail's family couldn't afford college for both sons, so his brother took a BCom degree while Suhail worked.
He initially struggled with local tuition, then found online classes, improving his scores on subsequent NEET attempts.
Despite an improved score, he faced challenges affording government medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
Suhail is now seeking a medical college admission after a successful exam, but is challenged by high costs.
