India's Core Sectors Show Mixed Growth in November
In November 2025, India's eight key infrastructure sectors grew by 1.8%, which is slower than the 5.8% growth in the same month last year.
Some sectors like coal, fertiliser, steel, and cement saw growth, while others like crude oil, natural gas, refinery products, and electricity saw declines.
Overall, the performance improved compared to the previous month.
These sectors are important because they make up about 40.27% of India's overall industrial production.
So, while some areas are doing well, others need to catch up.
