Former chief justice Gita Mittal talked about how important it is to help young women grow into the best versions of themselves.
She was speaking at a big meeting called the '15th Asia Pacific Regional Conference of World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.'
This meeting was organized by the Bharat Scouts and Guides and lasted for five days.
