Kochi to host International Spice Routes Heritage meet
Kochi is going to host a big meeting about the old Spice Routes.
This is a special event that will talk about how Kerala was once a very important place for trade and culture.
People from all over the world will come to discuss how to make tourism better and learn about the history of the Spice Routes.
They will have talks, shows, and visits to important places.
The meeting will also make a special promise to protect and share this history with everyone.
It's like a big school where people learn and share ideas about the old trade routes and how they can be important today.
The International Spice Routes conference will be held in Kochi from January 6-8, 2026, at Bolgatty Palace.
Organized by the Muziris Heritage Project and Kerala Tourism Department, it aims to highlight Kerala's maritime and cultural heritage.
