Trump Open to Russia Sanctions Bill with Final Authority
President Trump says he might agree to a plan by some lawmakers to put extra rules, called sanctions, on countries that buy things from Russia.
But he wants to be in charge of deciding when to use these rules.
This plan is to make Russia talk about ending a fight in Ukraine.
Before, President Trump wanted to put higher prices, called tariffs, on things from India because they buy oil from Russia.
Now, he might change his mind and support the new plan.
