TVS SCS eyes ₹100-120 crore savings from UK, Europe business rejig

TVS Supply Chain Solutions is changing how it runs its businesses in the UK and Europe.

They are calling this 'Project One'.

This means they will have one leader and a simpler way of doing things.

They spent about ₹91 crore to make these changes, which included closing some warehouses, saying goodbye to some employees, and stopping old brands.

But they think this will save them ₹100 to ₹120 crore each year.

One part of their business, called ISCS, is doing really well and is helping them deal with problems in another part, called GFS.

They won a new deal in Europe to help a retailer with their spare parts.

They are hopeful about the future but are watching things like trade rules and global conflicts.
