Indian Stock Market Jumps Amid Asian AI Selloff
On a Wednesday, the Indian stock market went up.
The Nifty 50 and the BSE Sensex both climbed more than one percent.
This happened while stocks in South Korea and Japan fell because of worries about artificial‑intelligence companies.
Investors moved money from those AI stocks to Indian shares.
In the same month, more than a billion dollars of foreign money was put into Indian stocks, ending a period of selling.
Nifty 50 rose 1.1% to 24,250.2, its biggest jump since June 12.
BSE Sensex gained 1.16% to 77,654.6.
Indian equities outperformed Asian markets as AI‑driven rally faltered in South Korea and Japan.
SK Hynix shares fell 9.4% after reporting a six‑fold profit jump that missed expectations.
Foreign investors bought over $1 billion of Indian shares this month, reversing a four‑month selling streak.
