Elitecon Shares Hit Upper Circuit After Board Plans Fundraising

Elitecon Shares Hit Upper Circuit After Board Plans Fundraising

Elitecon International’s shares rose to their daily trading limit on 7 October.

The move came after the company said its board would discuss raising money on 12 October.

The company has not yet finalized how much it might raise or how it would do so.

Any plan would need the required approvals.

Elitecon also reported higher consolidated profit and revenue for FY26 than in FY25.

It said the results reflected strong revenue growth and the consolidation of subsidiaries.

The shares have still fallen sharply over the year so far.

The board’s meeting will consider whether and how to proceed.
