CBI registers FIR in Disha Salian’s death case - Aditya Thackeray, Rhea Chakraborty named - Telegraph India · telegraphindia.com

Disha Salian was a celebrity manager who died after falling from a building in Mumbai in June 2020.

Police had earlier said her death was accidental or a suicide.

Her father later said she was murdered and that important people helped hide what happened.

The Bombay High Court ordered the CBI to investigate the case.

The CBI has now reportedly filed an FIR.

Several reports name politicians, actors, police officials and others in connection with alleged crimes and a cover-up.

The reports do not all list exactly the same people.

Being named in an FIR does not by itself prove that someone committed a crime.
