CM Reddy Pushes for 42% BC Reservation Bill Approval
The Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, is working hard to get a new law passed that would give more opportunities to the Backward Classes (BCs).
This law would mean that 42% of spots are reserved for BCs.
He's asking the President of India to quickly approve the law.
If the President doesn't make a decision, Reddy worries that the Prime Minister is interfering.
He has a few plans to make this happen, like issuing a special order, postponing local elections, or asking political parties to make sure BCs are represented fairly.
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is fighting for 42% BC reservation.
Reddy is pressing the central government for the President's approval.
