Lokesh Sets Oct 15 Deadline for Job Calendar Notifications
The government of Andhra Pradesh is hiring a lot of new workers for different jobs.
The minister, Nara Lokesh, said that the last two big groups of job notices will be released together on October 15, 2026.
Earlier, the first group of notices was sent on May 15, and the second group was moved from August 15 to September 15 because of some technical problems.
In total, 10,060 jobs will be filled in four stages.
Lokesh wants the hiring to be fair and clear, so no one can argue about it later.
He also wants the hiring plan to match what each department actually needs.
The plan will be shown to the state cabinet on August 6.
Andhra Pradesh HRD and IT Minister Nara Lokesh set Oct 15, 2026 as the deadline for combined third and fourth phase job notifications.
10,060 government posts will be filled in four phases; first phase (1,523 faculty posts) issued May 15, 2026.
Second phase (3,168 posts) was moved from Aug 15 to Sep 15, 2026 due to technical issues.
Third phase (2,388 posts) and fourth phase (2,981 posts) will be announced together on Oct 15, 2026.
Lokesh emphasized transparent, time‑bound recruitment with no scope for controversy, following Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu’s manpower‑based direction.
