Andhra Pradesh Police Initiates Anti-Drug Campaigns

In Andhra Pradesh, the police in Anantapur and Kadapa districts are working hard to stop drug use and other illegal activities.

In Anantapur, a big bike ride called 'Drugs Vaddu Bro Cycle Thokku Bro' was organized to tell young people to stay away from drugs.

The police chief, SP Jagadeesh, led the ride and talked about how dangerous drugs can be.

In Kadapa, the police chief, SP Vishwanath, said they would take strong action against people doing bad things.

They found and seized a lot of drugs, arrested some people, and are watching places where drugs are often used.

They also taught students in schools and colleges about the bad effects of drugs.

If anyone knows about drug activities, they can call a special number, 1972, and their identity will be kept secret.

The police also stopped some people involved in illegal betting and gambling.
